💫 1️⃣ Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order if:

The jewelry item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

You contact us within 15 days of delivery via email at pikdel06@gmail.com.

You provide photos of the product and packaging (for verification).
Please note: As a small curated brand, we do not accept returns for reasons of change of mind, wrong size choice, or minor color variation due to screen differences.
💍 2️⃣ Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene and quality, we cannot accept returns for:
Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
Sale or clearance items
Custom or personalized jewelry
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately — we’ll replace or refund it without hesitation.

2️⃣ Include your order number, a short description, and clear photos.
3️⃣ Our support team will review and send you a return approval with address details.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

For defective or incorrect products, we cover full replacement or refund including shipping.

We offer free exchanges for:

Items with size/fit issue (for rings/bracelets only, if alternate size available).

For international buyers:

Please check your country’s import rules; we aren’t responsible for customs duties or taxes.

Returns from outside India are accepted only if items arrive damaged or incorrect.
