At AHNUSO, we want you to love every piece you own.
If something doesn’t feel perfect, we’re here to help you make it right — calmly, fairly, and with care.

💫 1️⃣ Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order if:

  • The jewelry item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • You contact us within 15 days of delivery via email at pikdel06@gmail.com.

  • You provide photos of the product and packaging (for verification).

Please note: As a small curated brand, we do not accept returns for reasons of change of mind, wrong size choice, or minor color variation due to screen differences.

💍 2️⃣ Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and quality, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Custom or personalized jewelry

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately — we’ll replace or refund it without hesitation.

🚚 3️⃣ Return Process

1️⃣ Email us at pikdel06@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery.
2️⃣ Include your order number, a short description, and clear photos.
3️⃣ Our support team will review and send you a return approval with address details.
4️⃣ Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about approval or rejection.

💰 4️⃣ Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • For defective or incorrect products, we cover full replacement or refund including shipping.

     

    🔁 5️⃣ Exchanges

    We offer free exchanges for:

    • Items that arrived damaged or incorrect.

    • Items with size/fit issue (for rings/bracelets only, if alternate size available).

    To initiate an exchange, email us at pikdel06@gmail.com with “Exchange Request – [Order ID]” in the subject line.

    🌍 6️⃣ International Orders

    For international buyers:

    • Please check your country’s import rules; we aren’t responsible for customs duties or taxes.

    • Returns from outside India are accepted only if items arrive damaged or incorrect.

       

      💌 7️⃣ Late or Missing Refunds

      If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

      1. Recheck your bank or PayPal account.

      2. Contact your bank — some transactions take extra processing time.

      3. If still not received, email us at pikdel06@gmail.com, and we’ll trace it for you.
