1.  Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

  • Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.

  • We do not charge any hidden fees or handling charges.

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s regulations.

  • These charges (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

  • AHNUSO has no control over customs delays or additional costs.

💡 Tip: Most customers receive their parcels without any customs charges, but please check your country’s import threshold before ordering.


💔 6️⃣ Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • AHNUSO is not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.

  • However, if your order is significantly delayed (beyond 30 days) or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at pikdel06@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
    We’ll do our best to resolve it — either by resending or refunding your order, depending on the situation.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We cannot guarantee redelivery or refunds for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.
